- Clients/Suppliers: Professional personal data provided by clients/suppliers for the provision of services and management of the legal or contractual relationship.

Purpose: The management of the contractual relationship of the service.
Legitimation: The existing legal or contractual relationship necessary for the provision of the service.
Shelf-Life: The data will be retained for the time necessary for the purpose of the treatment, and once completed it will be able to keep for a period of six years to the disposition of the public administration, judges and tribunals, for the attention and defence of the possible Responsibilities born of treatment.
There are communications of data to third parties for the services of third parties as managers of treatment with which METIORA has signed the corresponding contracts of treatment manager and verified that they meet the guarantees sufficient to implement appropriate technical and organisational measures, in such a way that the treatment is carried out according to the requirements of the RGPD guaranteeing the protection of the rights of the person concerned.
Exercise of rights
